The Hotel Club dei Pini is pleased to inform you that it has taken all proper measures in compliance with the guidelines of local health authorities in order to guarantee the well-being, health, and safety of our guest and team members. We have set-up procedures, plans and routines in place to be able to keep offering the same quality standard and make sure our guests feel safe when staying at or visiting our hotel. 

What we have done for securing the safety of our guests.

The hotel is currently equipped with certified personal protective equipment (PPE), such as masks and gloves, but also with dispensers with disinfectant solutions and spacing lines on the floor. We have also included the restriction on the use of common areas and the maintenance of the safety distance of at least 1 meter.

The availability of a large garden will allow us to move many of the conviviality and entertainment activities outside, so as not to give up sharing the moments of relaxation.
The sanitization process is applied daily in the corridors, common areas and bedrooms.  

Here are some of our routines and procedures regarding guest health and safety in relation to COVID-19.
We follow the guidelines and recommendations of local authorities
Increased focus on hand hygiene
Increased cleaning and hygiene protocols
Regular disinfection of exposed surfaces such as door handles with anti-bacterial liquids
Offer disinfectant dispensers in public areas to our guests

We have strict hand hygiene policies for our team members, but we need the contribution of our guests to maintain a safe environment, through a few simple indications.
Frequent hand washing
Cover the mouth with the elbow when coughing and sneezing
Keep at least one meter away from the staff and other guests
Inform us promptly in case of flu symptoms
Always access the common areas with the mask
